Cochrane Ireland based at NUI Galway

Cochrane Ireland aims to promote the use of Cochrane evidence across the island of Ireland and to support engagement with Cochrane at all levels. As of December 2018, Cochrane Ireland is hosted within a new initiative called Evidence Synthesis Ireland, based at the National University of Ireland Galway.

Evidence Synthesis Ireland based at NUI Galway

Evidence Synthesis Ireland is centrally administered from the School of Nursing and Midwifery at NUI Galway under the direction of Professor Declan Devane. 

"Our mission is to make evidence syntheses more usable in every sense of the word – better designed, conducted and reported, more useable for decision makers and more usable within health care policy and clinical practice decision making across the Island of Ireland and beyond."
