Contact Academic Skills
To log a ticket with the Academic Skills team regarding an Enquiry or Workshop Request, please follow the following instructions:
- Log into the ISS Ticketing System using your CASS account details:
- For general enquiries, or workshop requests, please follow the instructions in the appropriate box on the right.
General Enquiries
1: From the drop down menus, select 02.Library Services -> Academic Skills -> Information Query
2: Fill in the required details in relation to your query.
Request a Workshop
1: From the drop down menus, select 02.Library Services -> Academic Skills -> Training Request
2: Fill in the required details in relation to your workshop request.
